Qualifications

• 1+ year in a real estate administration or support role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and agents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, scanning, and filing of transaction documents
• Follow up with clients and agents on outstanding document requirements
• Update transaction records in the management system
• Schedule DLD appointments and assist with submission logistics
• Handle routine client and agent queries relating to transaction progress
• Support the team with any administrative tasks as required
