• Strong call analysis skills and practical sales psychology.
• Data-driven with KPI interpretation and action translation.

Responsibilities

• Coach frontline teams in branches, call centers and hubs to lift performance.
• Document and standardize buying/selling scripts and objection handlers.
• Design onboarding and weekly training programs to improve conversion.
• Create and maintain a simple conversion dashboard with BI support.
• Support hiring with practical assessments and capability benchmarks.
• Translate high-performing scripts into AI prompts/workflows for agents.
