Job summary

Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced CRM Supervisor to lead our customer lead-management team, driving prompt engagement and follow-up to convert interest into showroom visits and test drives.

You will coach CRM Executives, monitor KPIs, ensure SLA adherence, coordinate with Showroom and Sales, and maintain accurate CRM records while identifying process gaps for continuous improvement. Automotive dealership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in CRM, call centre, telesales, lead management, or a similar customer-conversion environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach a team of CRM Executives responsible for contacting and following up with interested customers.
• Ensure all assigned customer leads are contacted and followed up within the defined response-time SLA.
• Monitor the team’s daily calling and follow-up activities against assigned KPIs, with focus on converting leads into showroom visits and test drives.
• Drive the team to convert customer interest into confirmed appointments, showroom visits, and test drives.
• Monitor daily calling activity, customer contact rates, follow-ups, appointments, and showroom attendance.
• Coach the team on telephone communication, customer engagement, objection handling, and persuasive conversion techniques.
