Job summary

Finanshels is seeking a Pre-sales Lead to own the end-to-end conversion of inbound demand into customers in Dubai. You will ensure rapid contact, proper qualification, and consistent follow-up to lift win rates.

This role is not a traditional sales manager; you will own the journey from lead received to opportunity created to deal closed, collaborating with Marketing and RevOps to optimize lead quality and routing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in inbound sales, inside sales, telesales or lead conversion.
• Experience leading a high-volume sales or conversion team.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
• Strong coaching and call-review capability.
• Data-driven with comfort analyzing performance.
• High ownership and execution ability.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound lead conversion across sales and pre-sales teams.
• Improve speed-to-lead and contact rates.
• Improve follow-up cadence and discipline.
• Review calls to identify why customers convert or drop.
• Coach teams on conversion and discovery.
• Track conversion by source, salesperson, service and customer segment.
