Job summary

KEO is seeking a talented Contracts Administrator to join our Ras Al Khaimah team in the UAE. You will act as the commercial backbone of projects, managing contract life-cycle, evaluating payment applications, variations, and claims while ensuring alignment with contractual obligations before funds are released.

You will work closely with site engineers and the Project Director to mitigate risk, maintain CMIS records, track EOTs and notices, and support timely project close-out in line with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
• MRICS / RICS affiliation is a strong advantage.
• 5+ years in a similar PMC role.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, ensure compliance with client procedures.
• Track tender status and contract progress.
• Manage CMIS and maintain contract records.
• Process contractor payments, IPCs and final accounts.
• Assess variation orders and claims with independent cost/time impact.
