Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead post-award contract administration for major EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. You will safeguard contractual entitlements, ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore PMC frameworks, and provide commercial guidance to project teams.

Responsibilities include leading contract administration, managing variations and EOTs, and supporting dispute avoidance with strong negotiation and risk-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Extensive post-award contract administration experience on EPC/PMC projects in Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, notices, claims and change management.
• Experience with ADNOC Offshore PMC or EPC projects is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration and management for EPC project packages.
• Serve as PMC focal point for contractual matters with Client and EPC contractors.
• Administer EPC, procurement, construction and service contracts during execution.
• Review contractor correspondence and assess contractual rights, liabilities and obligations.
• Manage variations, change orders, amendments and change documentation.
• Support resolution of disputes and minimize commercial risk.
