Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Contract Management Supervisor to oversee EPC/PMC contract administration for major Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Refinery projects in the Middle East. The role focuses on contract compliance, risk management, and change control throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of contract management experience, mandatory EPC contractor background, and prior Middle East exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of contract management/administration experience.
• Mandatory EPC contractor experience with major EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer EPC/PMC contracts from award to closeout.
• Review terms to mitigate contractual risks and ensure compliance.
• Lead contract correspondence, notices, variations, and change orders.
• Support claims, EOTs, and dispute documentation.
• Coordinate with project controls, legal, procurement and construction teams.
• Prepare periodic reports on contract status and exposure.
