Job summary

Aleph in Dubai is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting for a defined project. You will partner with hiring managers across global teams to understand role requirements and drive fast, high-volume hires.

This project-based role focuses on delivering great candidates, managing timelines, and maintaining accurate records in our ATS. Fluency in English and UAE work eligibility are essential, with the ability to work autonomously yet collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record delivering high-volume, multi-role hiring.
• Experience managing projects with tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English; UAE market knowledge (EMEA/APAC).
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across teams.
• Immediate or short-notice availability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for the project roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Source and screen candidates; interview and close offers.
• Build sourcing strategies across global talent pools.
• Analyze market data on salaries and hiring trends.
• Maintain ATS records and project handover.
