Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage in all contentious aspects of the global construction industry across the GCC.
• Advise clients on contract negotiation, project delivery and dispute resolution.
• Manage dispute proceedings including arbitration, litigation and ADR.
• Handle matters in energy, utilities, healthcare, transport infrastructure and real estate.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.

The successful candidate will join a globally ranked Construction & Engineering practice advising on high-value regional projects.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: NQ-4 PQE with a strong background in projects, construction, and/or infrastructure work.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Engage in all contentious aspects of the global construction industry across the GCC.
• Advise clients on every stage of the project lifecycle, from contract negotiation and project delivery to dispute resolution.
• Manage dispute proceedings including arbitration, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
• Handle diverse matters within the energy and utilities, healthcare, transport infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
