Farrow & Farrow, a leading international law firm, seeks a Senior Associate to join its Construction & Projects team in Dubai. The role focuses on high-value infrastructure, energy and real estate development, advising developers, contractors, funders and public bodies.

You will handle procurement, contract drafting, and project documentation for major schemes, while guiding junior lawyers and contributing to BD initiatives. The role offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with strong non-contentious construction experience.
• Familiarity with standard form construction contracts and project agreements.
• Experience advising on infrastructure, energy or real estate development projects.
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to client advice.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
