Job summary

Client of Aventus Global Talent is seeking a junior Contentious Construction Associate to join its busy Middle East disputes team in Dubai. The role offers exposure to international arbitration and construction-related litigation across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.

Ideal candidates are NQ to 3PQE with experience in contentious construction or international arbitration and are open to relocation to Dubai or already based in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Relevant contentious construction or international arbitration experience at a leading firm.
• Disputes training seat with clear interest in construction.
• Open to candidates in the Middle East or UK-qualified lawyers relocating to Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to international arbitration and construction disputes.
• Draft pleadings, submissions and dispute correspondence.
• Collaborate with delay and quantum experts on major regional projects.
• Develop within a busy Middle East disputes practice with early responsibility.
