Job summary

Market-leading international law firm in Dubai is seeking a junior Associate Solicitor to join its Contentious Construction team. You will handle contentious matters across the construction industry, advising on contract negotiation, project delivery, dispute resolution, arbitration, and ADR.

You will work with clients across energy, utilities, healthcare, transport, and real estate sectors in the GCC, contributing to business development and managing client relationships within a collaborative

Qualifications

• NQ-4 PQE in contentious construction or related field.
• Strong background in projects, construction, and/or infrastructure work.
• Outstanding academics.
• Technically excellent.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

We are working with a market-leading international law firm who are seeking a junior Associate Solicitor to join their Contentious Construction team within their Dubai office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a globally ranked Constructions & Engineering practice, engaging in all contentious aspects of the global construction industry. The candidate will advise across on every stage of the project lifecycle, from contract negotiation and project delivery to dispute resolution, including arbitration, litigation, and all forms of alternative dispute resolution.

The candidate will advise a diverse range of clients on major projects, across the energy and utilities, healthcare, transport infrastructure, and real estate sectors throughout the GCC. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
