Job summary

Achuman Capital, acting on behalf of a market-leading international law firm, seeks a junior Associate Solicitor for the Contentious Construction team in Dubai, UAE. The role involves advising on high-value regional projects and handling contentious matters across the GCC.

The ideal candidate is NQ-4 PQE with a background in projects, construction or infrastructure, outstanding academics, and a willingness to contribute to business development while working both independently and as part of a

Qualifications

NQ-4 PQE with a strong background in projects, construction and/or infrastructure.
Outstanding academic credentials and technical excellence.
Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; willingness to develop business.

Responsibilities

Engage in all contentious aspects of the global construction industry across the GCC.
Advise clients on contract negotiation, project delivery and dispute resolution.
Manage dispute proceedings including arbitration, litigation and ADR.
Handle matters in energy, utilities, healthcare, transport infrastructure and real estate.
Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
