Job summary

CSi (Customer Strategy Intelligence) within Landmark Group is seeking a Content & Marketing Executive (Arabic) to develop and execute customer-facing communications for the Shukran loyalty program across CRM, digital, social, in-store, and partnerships. You will combine strong copywriting with hands-on marketing execution to translate objectives into on-brand, engaging content.

The role requires English and Arabic fluency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple content

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Media, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio of written work across multiple formats and channels is preferred.
• Professional fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong interest in copywriting, content, digital marketing, and customer communications.
• Previous experience in CRM, content marketing, digital marketing, retail, e-commerce, loyalty, or FMCG is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and customer-focused copy across CRM, email, push notifications, SMS, app, social media, digital, in-store, and partnership communications.
• Translate briefs into channel-ready content, adapting tone, messaging for audiences, segments, lifecycle stages, and markets.
• Develop content in English and Arabic with linguistic accuracy and brand consistency.
• Proofread and quality-check communications before publishing across customer touchpoints.
• Support A/B testing of messaging and content variations to refine copy.
• Apply learnings from campaign performance to improve future content.
