You will collaborate with designers, executives, and agencies to deliver an integrated content pipeline, leveraging AI tools while ensuring brand integrity and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 4-6 years of social media content creation experience
• Platform-native content creation across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts
• Proven ability to create short-form content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos)
• Understanding of social media trends and content analytics
• Experience using AI-assisted content tools with brand governance

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish engaging, social-first content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, and other channels
• Translate corporate announcements, leadership messages, campaigns, events, and culture stories into platform-native content formats
• Drive executive visibility, employer branding, corporate reputation, and stakeholder engagement through storytelling
• Monitor social trends, audience behaviors, platform updates, and engagement insights to optimize content strategy
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, communications teams, executives, and external agencies
• Leverage AI-powered content tools for ideation, copywriting, editing, localization, testing, and optimization
• Analyze content performance, social listening insights, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities
• Maintain content calendars, publishing schedules, approval workflows, and channel governance
