You will combine strong content creation with idea development, audience understanding, and building a consistent content strategy.

The role focuses on executing content plans, crafting captions and storytelling, and collaborating with internal teams to uncover stories and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Strong English writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience with Canva or CapCut.
• Knowledge of content strategy and audience understanding.
• Ability to work independently and generate ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging posts, carousels, short-form videos, and other content formats.
• Develop content calendars and identify industry topics.
• Support leadership and personal branding through LinkedIn content.
• Write captions, hooks, and storytelling content.
• Work with internal teams to identify stories and content opportunities.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve reach and engagement.
