Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed fertility consultations, review patient history, assess reproductive health concerns, and develop personalized IVF treatment plans.
• Perform advanced IVF procedures including egg retrieval, sperm preparation, embryo transfer, and related assisted reproductive techniques.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment cycles, including medication protocols, ovarian response, ultrasound evaluations, and clinical progress.
• Interpret diagnostic tests, hormonal profiles, imaging results, and fertility investigations to guide evidence-based recommendations.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, embryologists, geneticists, psychologists, nurses, and other specialists to support holistic fertility care.
• Educate patients and couples on fertility options, treatment stages, procedure risks, realistic outcomes, and follow-up requirements.
• Apply current developments in reproductive medicine, IVF protocols, and advanced assisted reproductive technologies where clinically appropriate.
• Provide guidance, supervision, and training to nurses, embryologists, and junior medical staff involved in fertility treatment delivery.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, treatment records, consent forms, and patient progress notes.
• Ensure clinical practice follows Saudi regulatory requirements, ethical standards, patient safety protocols, and reproductive medicine guidelines.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement activities, and research initiatives within fertility and reproductive medicine.

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree such as MD, MBBS, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
• Minimum 5 years of experience performing IVF and advanced reproductive procedures.
• Strong expertise in assisted reproductive technology, fertility assessment, and individualized treatment planning.
• Proficiency in ICSI, embryo biopsy, and other advanced ART techniques.
• Eligible for Saudi Commission for Health Specialties licensing.
• Confident working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume fertility center with complex patient cases.
• Excellent communication skills for counseling patients through sensitive fertility journeys.
• Strong teamwork approach with embryology, obstetrics, genetics, nursing, and psychology teams.
