Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed fertility consultations, review medical histories, assess reproductive health concerns, and identify suitable treatment pathways for patients and couples.
• Develop individualized infertility treatment plans based on diagnosis, age, ovarian reserve, semen analysis, hormonal profile, ultrasound findings, and patient goals.
• Perform IVF procedures including egg retrieval, sperm preparation coordination, embryo transfer, and related assisted reproductive procedures with precision and care.
• Manage treatment cycles through medication protocols, ovarian stimulation monitoring, ultrasound evaluations, hormonal response review, and timely clinical adjustments.
• Interpret diagnostic tests including reproductive hormone panels, ultrasound findings, semen analysis reports, genetic screening results, and fertility‑related investigations.
• Provide evidence‑based recommendations for IVF, ICSI, embryo biopsy, embryo transfer timing, fertility preservation, and advanced assisted reproductive techniques.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, embryologists, geneticists, psychologists, nurses, laboratory teams, and other fertility care professionals.
• Educate patients on fertility options, treatment procedures, success expectations, risks, medication use, embryo‑related decisions, and follow‑up requirements.
• Guide and train nurses, embryologists, junior medical staff, and clinical team members involved in reproductive medicine services.
• Maintain accurate documentation covering consultations, consent forms, treatment cycles, procedure notes, laboratory coordination, medication plans, and follow‑up records.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements, ethical fertility standards, patient confidentiality, clinical safety rules, and reproductive medicine protocols.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, research activity, case reviews, and continuous professional development within reproductive medicine.
• Stay updated with advancements in IVF, reproductive endocrinology, ICSI, embryo biopsy, assisted reproductive technology, and fertility care techniques.

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree such as MD or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
• Minimum 5 years of experience performing IVF and advanced reproductive procedures.
• Must hold or be eligible for Saudi Commission for Health Specialties licensing.
