Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a Senior Instrumentation Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site instrumentation activities for large-scale projects in the UAE. You will manage subcontractors, interpret P&IDs, and enforce safety protocols to ensure adherence to plans and quality standards.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering, bring 7+ years in construction supervision, and have Gulf/ADNOC exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in instrumentation construction supervision.
• Experience managing instrumentation scopes in industrial or process plant environments.
• Certification such as CIT is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all instrumentation construction activities on-site.
• Manage and coordinate instrumentation subcontractors and monitor progress.
• Interpret complex instrumentation drawings, schematics and P&IDs.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections.

Job description

Oversee and direct all instrumentation construction activities on-site ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications Manage and coordinate instrumentation subcontractors reviewing their work methods and progress to ensure quality and efficiency Interpret complex instrumentation drawings schematics and P IDs to guide installation and troubleshooting efforts Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols for all instrumentation personnel and activities conducting regular safety inspections Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related technical field.Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in construction supervision, specifically focused on instrumentation projects.Proven track record of successfully managing instrumentation scopes in industrial or process plant environments.Possession of relevant certifications such as Certified Instrumentation Technician (CIT) or equivalent is highly advantageous.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean-shaven policy applicable
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

• Maximum age limit is 49 years
• For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience
• Managerial and SR. Positions: A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
