Job summary

Redfish Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of landmark high-rise building projects in the UAE. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage contractors and consultants, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive GCC experience, with the last four years in the UAE, and a proven track record delivering high-rise developments. Immediate availability or within four weeks is preferred.

Qualifications

• Up to 10-15 years of GCC construction experience.
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Project Manager on major building projects.
• Proven experience delivering high-rise developments in the GCC or UAE.
• Main contracting experience in UAE or GCC is essential.
• Available to join immediately or within 4 weeks' notice.

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international main contractor for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-rise building projects in the UAE. This role requires a hands-on construction professional with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-rise construction projects.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with programme, budget, quality, health & safety, and contractual requirements.
• Drive project performance while mitigating risks and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering high-rise developments in the GCC or UAE.
