Job summary

United Engineering Construction (UNEC) in Dubai seeks an experienced Payroll Officer to manage full-cycle monthly payroll for a large construction workforce. You will validate attendance, process payroll data in Epromis ERP, maintain employee compensation records, and ensure timely salary disbursements while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

The role collaborates with HR and Finance teams to resolve wage queries and generate payroll reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years UAE payroll experience within the construction industry.
• Hands-on proficiency with Epromis ERP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing for the UAE payroll cycle.
• Audit attendance, leave, overtime, and pay adjustments.
• Maintain payroll data and employee profiles within Epromis ERP.
• Generate payroll reconciliations and reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with compensation policies and labor regulations.
