CBE is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations for our construction workforce in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on experience in site‑based payroll and WPS processing. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for a large construction workforce
• Calculate and manage overtime, allowances, and deductions accurately
• Handle site-wise salary allocations and cost distribution
• Prepare and process WPS (Wages Protection System) files
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
• Coordinate with HR, accounts, and site teams for payroll inputs
• Prepare payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
