Job summary

Succeeding candidates will join a leadership-driven project execution team responsible for the erection of heavy industrial equipment across challenging environments. The role demands strict adherence to timelines, quality standards, and robust safety practices on-site, coordinating engineers, riggers, welders, and safety personnel.

Applicants should have a minimum of seven years in erection of heavy equipment, with exposure to oil & gas, power, or mining sectors; PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the erection of heavy industrial equipment.
• Experience in sectors like oil & gas, power generation, or mining.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire erection process of heavy machinery and specialized equipment ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Develop and implement detailed erection plans method statements and risk assessments for complex equipment installations

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean-shaven policy applicable
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

Age Criteria

Maximum age limit is 49 yearsFor managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience

A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
