Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking an experienced professional to lead the erection of heavy industrial equipment in the UAE. You will develop detailed erection plans, coordinate civil, mechanical, and electrical works, and ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.

The role requires a bachelor's in mechanical engineering with about 20 years in erection projects in power, oil & gas, or manufacturing, plus certifications such as PMP or NEBOSH is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in the erection of heavy industrial equipment, specifically in sectors such as power, oil & gas, or manufacturing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale erection projects from inception to completion.
• Certifications such as PMP or NEBOSH are advantageous.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in Pipeline / Oil & gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore.
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean-shaven policy applicable.
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.

Age Criteria

Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, the limit may be extended to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.

Managerial and Senior positions

A minimum of five years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
