Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and requirements are met. You'll lead construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel, coordinating with engineers to resolve issues and maintain schedules.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and Dubai/UAE fit-out expertise, with a focus on safety compliance and effective stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction management.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale construction / fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, project management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Good knowledge of project management software and tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Candidates with strong Dubai/UAE fit‑out experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, expenses, resources, and overall project performance.

• Coordinate with Project Engineers to resolve technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Review project drawings, plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare regular project progress reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, risks, and recommendations.
• Coordinate procurement, material orders, deliveries, and suppliers to support project schedules.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, variations, site records, and reports.
• Identify and resolve construction-related issues and conflicts efficiently.
• Mentor and guide project teams to improve performance and teamwork.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality, safety, and project standards.
