Job summary

Guildhall is seeking a Construction Manager to lead high-rise projects in the UAE, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients through the full construction lifecycle.

The role requires extensive experience with 50-60+ story buildings, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of local regulations. The ideal candidate will oversee design interfaces, QA/QC, safety, and project budgeting within a dynamic international team.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in high-rise construction leadership within UAE.
• Experience managing 50-60+ story projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE codes and HSE policies.
• Experience coordinating design, MEP interfaces and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Site Management: direct daily operations and resource allocation.
• Quality & Safety: enforce UAE codes, HSE and QA/QC standards.
• Coordination: work with clients, architects, subcontractors and consultants on interfaces.
• Documentation & Reporting: prepare progress reports and manage permits, changes.

Guildhall is recruiting for a Construction Manager to join a leading international engineering and construction contractor in the UAE. The role requires extensive experience managing complex high-rise projects while coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients throughout the construction lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:-

• - Site Management: Direct daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and troubleshooting to prevent delays.
• - Quality & Safety: Enforce strict compliance with UAE building codes, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, and QA/QC standards.
• - Coordination: Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and consultants to manage design, structural, and MEP interfaces.
• - Documentation & Reporting: Prepare progress reports, review shop drawings, and manage contractual documents (permits, change orders).
• - Budgeting: Control costs by managing materials and certifying subcontractor payments.

Education:

• - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Experience:

• - 10-15+ years in the construction of high-rise buildings of 50-60 stories and above in a similar managerial role within the UAE and beyond.

Skills:

• - Strong leadership, technical expertise, proficiency in project management software (Primavera/MS Project), and deep knowledge of local construction regulations.
