Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai seeks a Fleet in Charge / Fleet Supervisor (Construction) to lead the day-to-day health and performance of a construction fleet. You will manage maintenance, repairs, logistics, and compliance to ensure vehicles and equipment are safe, reliable, and ready for projects.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate with project managers, and drive continuous improvement in fleet operations while upholding safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a construction fleet management role.
• Understanding of construction equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and fleet management software (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Commitment to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of construction vehicles and equipment, including preventive maintenance schedules, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Manage fuel consumption and optimize fuel efficiency.
• Track and manage vehicle and equipment utilization to meet project needs.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs; maintain data records.
• Schedule vehicle and equipment assignments to support project requirements.
• Manage the fleet budget and oversee related administration.
• Supervise fleet technicians and operators; foster safety culture.
