Job summary

Caliberly in Dubai is seeking a Transport Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of vehicle fleet and logistics for construction projects. You will lead maintenance, fuel budgets, route optimization, and driver supervision while ensuring UAE safety and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with project managers and procurement to plan movements, manage budgets, and implement GPS/fleet software for efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Transportation Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in transportation/logistics, preferably construction.
• Knowledge of UAE transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in fleet management software and GPS tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, servicing, and scheduling of company vehicles.
• Ensure vehicles comply with safety and regulatory standards.
