Job summary

Meraki Group seeks an ERP Administrator for Construction to oversee daily ERP operations, data integrity, and process optimization across projects. You will support users, configure modules, and collaborate with finance, procurement, and project teams to align ERP with business needs.

The role requires hands-on ERP experience in construction, strong SQL skills, and the ability to manage dashboards using Power BI or Tableau. Dubai-based position with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as ERP Administrator with 2–5 years in construction environments.
• Strong understanding of project tracking, job costing, and resource allocation.
• Hands-on SQL and data reporting in ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• System management and maintenance of the ERP platform.
• Provide first/second-line support and user training.
• Configure ERP modules to optimize business processes from bidding to accounting.
• Maintain data integrity and generate dashboards/reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with vendor for tickets, upgrades, and integrations.
