Job summary

Data Center Prime (DCP) is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead construction digitization and digital transformation programs for construction and real estate clients in the UAE. You will own delivery end-to-end and be the main point of contact for client stakeholders from kickoff through go-live and adoption.

Qualifications

10+ years of project management experience in construction digitization or digital transformation such as ERP implementation.
Proven client-facing delivery on complex programs.
Strong understanding of construction workflows like project controls, procurement, cost and document management.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Current UAE residency.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of digital transformation projects (ERP, project controls, construction management platforms) for construction/real estate clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders from kickoff through go-live and adoption.
Define scope, plans, budgets and timelines.
Coordinate internal teams and technology partners.
Drive user adoption through change management and training.
Identify risks early and report progress to leadership.
