Job summary

Meraki Developers in Dubai seeks an ERP Administrator for Construction to oversee day-to-day ERP operations, support users, and optimize the system to align with project needs. The role focuses on project tracking, job costing, resource allocation, and ensuring data integrity across all construction projects, with hands-on experience in construction processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years as an ERP Administrator in a construction environment.
Strong understanding of construction-specific processes, including project management, estimation, accounting, and supply chain logistics.
In-depth knowledge of construction-centric ERP systems, such as Xpedeon.
Basic finance knowledge and SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

System management and maintenance of the ERP system, including updates and security configurations.
Provide first and second-line ERP support and end-user training to ensure effective adoption.
Collaborate with project management, finance, and procurement to translate business needs into ERP solutions.
Assist in configuring ERP modules to optimize processes from project bidding to accounting.
Oversee data integrity, create dashboards/reports, and provide leadership with project and financial insights.
Manage ERP vendor relationships and track upgrade tickets.
