Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma preferred.
• 3–5 years experience as a Document Controller in construction.
• Strong knowledge of document control systems and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Aconex / Procore / EDMS is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• UAE construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documents and records (drawings, submittals, correspondence).
• Control document numbering, versioning, and distribution.
• Ensure proper filing of incoming and outgoing documents.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Project Managers, and Consultants.
• Track approvals, comments, and document status logs.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
• Ensure documents comply with project and company standards.
• Support audits and project handover documentation.
• Prepare document control reports when required.
