Job summary

ADC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a detail-focused Document Controller to manage project records, track revisions, and prepare transmittals for consultants, clients, and subcontractors. You will maintain document registers, support audits and closeout, and ensure the latest drawings and submittals are used by engineers and site teams.

Proficiency with ERP systems, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Document Management Systems is required, with 1–3 years of UAE construction experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of document control experience in UAE construction or EPC projects.
• Working knowledge of ERP software.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Document Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Log, file, and archive all incoming and outgoing construction documents (drawings, RFIs, submittals, and site transmittals).
• Ensure engineers and site teams are working with the latest approved drawing revisions.
• Create and issue document transmittals for consultant, client, and subcontractor submissions.
• Keep clear Excel trackers and logs updated for all project documentation and approvals.
• Help pull documentation for quality audits and organize final project handover files.
