Job summary

Irth Holding Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Control Engineer to support project cost management across site and head office operations in Dubai. You will monitor budgets, track commitments and expenditures, prepare forecasts and provide cost-control reports to support profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management, 5+ years in cost control, and advanced Excel with ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost control and project cost management in construction.
• Strong understanding of cost structures, budgets, variations, and subcontractor costs.
• Advanced MS Excel and cost-tracking tools proficiency; ERP familiarity helpful.
• Ability to work with site and head office teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor budgets, track commitments and expenditures, and prepare forecasts.
• Review invoices, variations and change orders for commercial compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets, cost plans, and monthly cost forecasts.
• Coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, procurement, finance and site teams.
• Support budgeting, value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
