About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for anExecutiveto join theConference and Eventsteam atMadinat Jumeirah Conference and Incentives.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensures that all activities adhere to and support the Jumeirah Quality Management System.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of Jumeirah products and services in order to cross sell across the entire company.
  • Continuously review procedures and processes within the department to achieve maximum profit, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Continuously review product and branding to ensure we are selling creatively and offering more innovative edge over our competitors.
  • To always maintain a high standard of personal appearance.
  • To have complete understanding of hotel policies and procedures, particularly in relation to fire, hygiene, health, and safety.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in similar size of operation or smaller size of operation on a supervisory level
  • Hotel and Hospitality Degree
  • Computer skills – Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.)
  • Advanced English – spoken and writing
  • Financial Awareness
