Job summary

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Concierge/Valet Parker to welcome members and guests, park vehicles, and provide bespoke guest services.

You will coordinate with teams, manage records, assist with luggage, and support VIP guests to maintain luxury service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in valet parking, concierge, guest services, hospitality, or similar.
• Valid UAE driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Confident driving a range of vehicles, including luxury and automatic.
• Excellent driving, parking, vehicle-handling, and road-safety skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance, grooming, and polished manner.
• Experience with VIP, high-net-worth, or international guests is desirable.
• Reliable, punctual, physically fit, and able to work outdoors.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Professional, discreet, courteous, and safety-conscious.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and local destinations is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
