Job summary

The First Group Hospitality’s Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi seeks a Concierge/Valet Parker to provide seamless arrival, departure, parking, and guest assistance. You will welcome members, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and coordinate with reception and security to uphold luxury service standards.

Fluency in English is required; a valid UAE driving license and 2+ years in valet/concierge roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in valet, concierge, or guest services.
• Valid UAE driving license with clean record.
• Experience with VIP and international guests is highly desirable.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads is a plus.

Job Description

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Concierge/Valet Parker to provide seamless arrival, departure, parking, and guest assistance services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Welcome members, guests, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Receive, park, retrieve, and return vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles, keys, parking locations, and guest details.
• Handle vehicle keys securely and follow all valet parking procedures.
• Assist members and guests with luggage, personal belongings, and special requests.
• Provide concierge support, including directions, recommendations, bookings, and general information.
• Coordinate with reception, hospitality, security, and operations teams.
• Maintain a smooth and organised vehicle arrival and departure process.
• Inspect vehicles for visible damage in accordance with company procedures.
• Report incidents, vehicle damage, safety concerns, or guest complaints promptly.
• Ensure the valet area, entrance, and drop-off zones are clean, organised, and presentable.
• Assist with traffic flow and maintain safe access around the club’s facilities.
• Provide attentive and personalised service to VIP and high-profile members and guests.
• Maintain a visible, professional, and welcoming presence at the club entrance.
• Ensure all interactions reflect the Royal Stables’ luxury positioning and service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling member, guest, and vehicle information.
• Support special events, private functions, and high-volume arrival periods.
• Follow all health, safety, security, and vehicle-handling procedures.
• Perform other concierge, valet, guest service, and operational duties as required.

Desired Skill & Expertise

• 2+ years of experience in valet parking, concierge, guest services, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Valid UAE driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Confident driving a range of vehicles, including luxury and automatic vehicles.
• Excellent driving, parking, vehicle-handling, and road-safety skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance, excellent grooming, and polished manner.
• Experience working with VIP, high-net-worth, or international guests is highly desirable.
• Reliable, punctual, physically fit, and able to work outdoors.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Professional, discreet, courteous, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and local destinations is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
