Job Description

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking Male Housekeeping Attendants to support the cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene of the club’s facilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, villas, lounges, washrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, sanitise, and arrange areas according to housekeeping standards.
• Make beds, change linen, replenish amenities, and restock guest supplies.
• Support the cleaning and preparation of male guest facilities and changing areas.
• Ensure all assigned areas are clean, presentable, comfortable, and fully prepared.
• Conduct regular checks and report maintenance issues, damage, hazards, or missing items.
• Respond promptly to spills, accidents, urgent cleaning requests, and guest requirements.
• Assist with housekeeping requirements for VIP visits, events, private functions, and special occasions.
• Collect and deliver linen, uniforms, towels, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, chemicals, and storage areas in an organised condition.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, chemical-handling, and waste-management procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, laundry, linen, maintenance, hospitality, and operations teams.
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, luggage, supplies, and other items when required.
• Support daily opening, closing, deep-cleaning, and periodic cleaning procedures.
• Maintain accurate cleaning schedules, checklists, inspection records, and incident reports.
• Maintain a professional and discreet presence around members and guests.
• Assist members and guests courteously while protecting their privacy.
• Ensure all housekeeping services reflect the Royal Stables’ luxury positioning and service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling member, guest, staff, and operational information.
• Perform other housekeeping, cleaning, guest service, and operational duties as required.

Desired Skill & Expertise

• Previous experience as a housekeeping attendant, room attendant, public area attendant, cleaner, or in a similar role.
• Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, private clubs, villas, or hospitality environments is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning, hygiene, sanitation, and presentation standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Professional, reliable, punctual, discreet, and service-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safe working practices.
• Physically fit and comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and working for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience supporting VIP guests, private events, or luxury hospitality is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
