Job summary

The First Group Hospitality’s Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi seeks a Concierge/Valet Parker to provide seamless arrival, departure, parking, and guest assistance. You will welcome members, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and coordinate with reception and security to uphold luxury service standards.

Fluency in English is required; a valid UAE driving license and 2+ years in valet/concierge roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in valet, concierge, or guest services.
• Valid UAE driving license with clean record.
• Experience with VIP and international guests is highly desirable.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members, guests, and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Receive, park, retrieve, and return vehicles safely.
• Maintain records of vehicles, keys, parking locations, and guest details.
• Provide concierge support: directions, bookings, recommendations.
• Coordinate with reception, security, and operations teams.
• Assist with luggage and special requests.
