Job summary

Novotel & Ibis Gate Abu Dhabi, part of ACCOR, seeks a Supervisory Lead for bell services to ensure smooth operation of lobby arrivals and guest assistance.

You will supervise bell staff, mentor team, coordinate with front desk, arrange transportation, and maintain grooming and service standards across the lobby.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and services helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bell staff and schedule shifts.
• Oversee luggage delivery, escort services, and guest assistance.
• Coordinate with front desk for guest requests.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and functionality.
• Mentor bell staff on service standards.
• Coordinate bellmen, doormen, and valet parking operations.
• Handle guest key card issuance and security controls.
• Arrange guest transportation (limousine, shuttle, car rental) with hotel partners.

Proper grooming at all times Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments Is aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities Handle issuance of guest room key cards and ensure effective control for guest security Arrange all guest transportation requests including Limousine service Shuttle Bus and car rental with coordination with our rent a car agent available in the hotel

Experience is an asset

Prior experience working with related system Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Fluency in Arabic amp English Additional Language is an added advantage
