Job summary

Novotel amp Ibis Gate Abu Dhabi is seeking a Bell Services Supervisor to lead and develop the bell staff, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures for guests at our Abu Dhabi hotel. You will coordinate with the front desk, manage luggage and escort services, and uphold service standards across the lobby and transportation operations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a thorough knowledge of local attractions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule bell staff for efficient operation
• Ensure timely luggage delivery and guest escort services
• Coordinate with front desk for guest requests

• Mentor bell staff on service standards
• Coordinate and supervise Bellmen, Doormen and valet team
• Manage guest room key card issuance and security controls
• Arrange guest transportation requests including limousine service
• Coordinate shuttle bus and rent-a-car arrangements

• Shuttle Bus and car rental with coordination with our rent a car agent available in the hotel
