Job summary

The role requires a degree in HR/Business/Finance and 1–2 years in compensation, benefits, or payroll, with strong numerical and analytical skills. UAE labour law knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR, Business Admin, Finance or related field.
• 1-2 years in compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR administration.
• Good knowledge of salary administration and employee benefits.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Maintain accurate salary, allowance, benefits, and deduction records.
• Process and verify salary changes, promotions, increments, bonuses, commissions.
• Support monthly payroll processing with accurate data.
• Administer benefits such as medical and life insurance, leave, gratuity.
• Coordinate enrollment, changes and cancellations for benefits.
• Respond to queries regarding salary, benefits, deductions and policies.
• Maintain confidential compensation and benefits information.
• Prepare compensation and benefits reports and HR metrics.
• Assist with annual salary reviews and benchmarking.
• Support development and implementation of compensation & benefits policies.
• Monitor cost of benefits and identify opportunities for savings.
• Liaise with payroll, finance, insurers and external providers.
