Job summary

ADEAREST is seeking a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll, leave salary calculations, final settlements, and benefits administration in UAE. The role requires ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies across blue- and white-collar populations.

You will manage payroll audits, reports, and cost analyses while coordinating with HR, Finance, and PRO teams. Strong analytical skills and confidentiality are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations within the UAE.
• Proven experience managing payroll for both blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, End of Service Benefits, leave salary calculations, and WPS requirements.
• Experience working with HRMS, payroll systems, and advanced Excel functions.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for staff and labor employees.
• Validate attendance, overtime, leave records, deductions, allowances, and variable payments prior to payroll execution.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely salary disbursements through WPS.
• Reconcile payroll reports and address discrepancies promptly.
• Calculate and process annual leave salary payments.
• Prepare and process employee final settlements and EOSB.
• Generate payroll reports and assist in compensation benchmarking and cost analyses.
