Job summary

Gateworth Group in Dubai is seeking a Senior HR Manager to drive HR strategy across multiple regions, including Africa, the Middle East and the Americas. The role requires 12–15 years of HR leadership and a proven ability to coach diverse teams while shaping policies and workforce plans.

You will lead end-to-end HR operations, oversee compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with labour laws, while delivering an operating model adaptable across locations.

Qualifications

Job description

Compensation: AED 40,000-46,000 monthly plus family benefits

Location: Dubai, UAE

Overview

Gateworth are working exclusively with a market leader within the infrastructure sector, with a strong focus on ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) who are looking to appoint a Senior HR Manager to assist in the continued growth of the business.

This is a newly role for the organisation and will require someone that has 12-15 years’ HR experience, ideally with strong leadership capabilities and the ability to coach/manage diverse teams in multiple locations.

You will have strong experience in developing and implementing HR policies and implementing and delivering workforce plans. The ideal candidate will have experience working across several regions including, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and implement a fit-for-purpose HR operating model that may be operated across multiple locations
• Lead the end-to-end HR operations agenda, including the complete employee lifecycle whilst ensuring policies and practices comply with labour law and regulatory requirements
• Oversee HRIS implementation and optimisation as well as reviewing and further developing compensation and benefits across the group
• Provide senior oversight of employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent policies are maintained
• Set clear standards for the People team, strengthening business partnering, operational discipline and accountability

Qualifications & Prerequisites

• 12-15 years of HR experience with strong leadership skills working across diverse global locations
• Proven experience across HR Operations, Comp & Bens, Workforce Planning, Organisational Design, Talent Management and Change Management
• Strong track record in Performance Management, Succession Planning as well as Leadership Development.
• Experience working across different cultures and operating locations such as the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.
• Degree educated ideally with a recognised HR qualification such as CIPD or SHRM
