Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership Careers is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager in Sharjah. The role involves managing compensation and benefits operations for a leading Oil & Gas business. Responsibilities include conducting salary surveys, developing policies, and advising on strategic HR proposals. The candidate must have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and strong knowledge of HAY methodology, alongside a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The position offers a competitive salary package and travel opportunities within the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role within a medium-sized organisation.
• Previous UAE work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct local salary surveys and job evaluations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for compensation and benefits.
• Manage the annual salary and benefits review process.
• Advise on strategic HR proposals presented to board members and senior management.
• Support the development of annual budgets.
• Train and coach HR team members on C & B policies.
• Coordinate with the payroll team and travel to other Middle East offices as required.
