Job summary

Responsibilities include conducting salary surveys, developing policies, and advising on strategic HR proposals. The candidate must have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and strong knowledge of HAY methodology, alongside a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Qualifications
Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role within a medium-sized organisation.
Previous UAE work experience.
Responsibilities
Conduct local salary surveys and job evaluations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for compensation and benefits.
Manage the annual salary and benefits review process.
Advise on strategic HR proposals presented to board members and senior management.
Support the development of annual budgets.
Train and coach HR team members on C & B policies.
Coordinate with the payroll team and travel to other Middle East offices as required.
