Job summary

Dutco Tennant Llc is seeking a Compensation Analyst to collaborate with Accounts, Finance, and HR to run daily payroll and incentives accurately. You will calculate commissions, generate quarterly reports, and ensure timely payment processing while supporting leadership with insightful dashboards.

The role requires 3–5 years in payroll accounting, strong Excel, and experience with commissions. Arabic language skills and UAE driving may be advantageous; UAE market knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of payroll accounting experience with understanding of commissions.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Experience with payroll, incentives, and commissions processing.

Responsibilities

• Gather sales performance data from CRM to support payroll calculations.
• Analyze sales team performance against targets for incentive decisions.
• Compute and process sales/service incentives and bonuses per policy.
• Prepare quarterly commission calculations and release payments on time.
• Develop dashboards and reports on compensation metrics for senior management using Power BI.
• Assist sales team with compensation inquiries and guidance.

Compensation Analyst/ Payroll

Role Overview:

This position will collaborate closely with the Accounts Manager, Finance team, and HR department to execute daily accounting functions, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely payroll and incentive processing to meet departmental objectives and support overall organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Gather sales performance data from CRM.
• Analyze individual sales person and team performance against set sales targets.
• Calculate sales and service incentives and bonuses as per company policy.
• Prepare and process sales and service incentive calculations at the end of each quarter.
• Ensure timely and accurate release of commission payments.
• Prepare and present Dashboards, reports on sales compensation metrics, and trends to senior management using Power BI.
• Provided guidance and support to the sales team on compensation-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Initiatives and improvements in current processes.
• Experience in commission tools
• 3 to 5 years of payroll accounting experience, understanding commission structures and calculation.
• Key competencies such as communication, planning, organizing and handle multipriorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge in Civil Soft HR software and MS D365 finance and operation will be an added advantage
• UAE valid driving license is a must, fluency in Arabic language is an added advantage
