Job summary

IMKAN Properties seeks a hands-on Community Operations Manager to lead day-to-day management of residential communities in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure well-maintained facilities, responsive service delivery, and high resident satisfaction while adhering to company policies and local regulations.

You will coordinate operations, budgets, contractors, and handovers, conduct inspections, and drive performance reporting to support continuous improvement and compliance within the QHSE framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in community or property management.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in budget management, contractor coordination, and facilities operations.
• Knowledge of UAE property management regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community operations, maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping, and common areas.
• Manage owner and resident enquiries, complaints, and escalations.
• Monitor community budgets, service charges, expenses, and cost control.
• Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, health, safety, and company policies.
• Coordinate property handovers, defect rectification, and DLP matters.
• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on maintenance and operational issues.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor service performance.
