Job summary

Confidential Careers in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Community Manager to establish and run the community management function from day one. You will set standards, policies, and processes, and oversee operations for residents from handover through ongoing operations.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12 years in large residential or mixed-use developments in the GCC, with proven transition from construction handover to operations, and expertise in managing outsourced facilities and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate or related field.
• 8–12 years of community or property management experience.
• Experience launching community operations and managing handover transitions.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and stakeholder management are required.
• Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the community management operating model and service standards.
• Lead readiness and transition from project delivery to resident operations.
• Oversee daily operations of facilities, access control, and services.
• Manage resident relations, move-ins, communications and service requests.
• Coordinate facilities management, security, and outsourcing partners.
• Administer budgets, service levels, and operational reporting.
• Build and lead the community management team as development progresses.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations and community requirements.
