Responsibilities

• Interact with tenants and residents daily and respond to inquiries.
• Receive, follow up on, and coordinate tenant complaints with relevant departments.
• Communicate building updates, services, announcements, and upcoming events to tenants.
• Assist in organizing and conducting community events within residential towers.
• Attend and actively participate in community events and engage with residents.
• Collect tenant feedback and share with management.
• Follow up on tenant requests and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with Property Management, Maintenance, Security, Facilities and other departments to resolve tenant issues.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with tenants and residents.
• Handle inquiries and complaints in a friendly, professional manner.
