Job summary

BAIT MARYAM FZCO in Dubai is seeking an experienced bakery professional to prepare and bake traditional Arabic breads and manage dough for a range of Arabic bakery items.

You will ensure product quality, maintain hygiene, operate bakery equipment, and assist with inventory to support a busy kitchen in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires at least 2 years hands-on bakery experience, preferably with Middle Eastern cuisine, and the ability to stand long hours and work efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in bakery or pastry, Middle Eastern cuisine preferred.
• Skilled in Arabic breads and pastries production.
• Attention to quality, taste, and presentation.
• Physically able to stand long hours and lift moderate weights.

• Prepare and bake a variety of traditional Arabic breads.
• Prepare and manage dough for different Arabic bakery items.

• Produce other Arabic bakery products such as fresh bread saj bread khubz and other traditional Arabic breads.
• Ensure consistency in product quality taste and presentation.
• Monitor fermentation proofing and baking processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area while complying with food safety standards.
• Properly operate and maintain bakery equipment.
• Assist with inventory control and ensure sufficient stock of bakery ingredients.
